She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Borton and Pauline Borton (Schulz); her husband Alvin Mau; and her siblings-in-law, Herman and Anna Mau.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Eva; her daughters, Rachelle Mau of Humboldt, IA and Janice Winkelbauer (Jeff Tessman) of Onawa, IA; her grandson Liam; her brother Paul Borton (Anita) of State Center, IA; her nephews, Jed Borton and Todd Borton (Michelle); her niece Lori Shaffer (Gary) of State Center, IA; and her sister-in-law Judy Mau of Sac City, IA.
