She is survived by: her sons, Keith Hoffman (Kelly) and Brian Hoffman (Lori); her grandchildren, Kristy Gilbert (Jeff), Jennifer Hoffman, Christopher Hoffman (Jordan) and Amanda Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Trenton, Jack Gilbert and Camilla Rose Hoffman; her sister Doris Switzer (Bob); and her close friend Dean McCormick.
