It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Reineke of Ida Grove, Iowa, who passed away on July 19, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Reineke and Katie Reineke (Tucek); and his brother-in-law Tom Scanlan. He is survived by: his wife Judy Meyer; his children, Rick Reineke (Peggy) of Spencer, IA and Kay Truman of Ida Grove, IA; his close friend Cheryl Klein of Ida Grove, IA; his stepdaughter Patty Harper (Troy) of Fort Dodge, IA; his siblings, Jim Reineke (Lori) of Kansas, Fred Reineke (Donna) of Sigourney, IA and Caroline "Carol" Scanlan of Cottonwood, AZ; and also Patty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
