He is survived by: his former wife Krystal Martin; his wife Jayne; his children, Kevin Harter (Jangir Sultan) of New York, Craig Harter (Sara) of Park Ridge, Jill Schulke (Bradd) of Cedar Crest, Todd Kollbaum (Angela) of Madison, Heidi Nieuwenhuis (Bart) of Sierra Vista and Sara Faas (Mike Thorson) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Alexander Harter-Sultan, Jake Harter-Sultan, Olivia Harter, William Harter, Arana Schulke, Zachary Kollbaum (Clarissa), Jordan Kollbaum (Steph Jane), Emily Woodall (Dylan), Ryan Kollbaum, Abigail Kollbaum, Tyler Collins (Kenzie), Tiana Skaggs (Jon), Bryant Nieuwenhuis (Deva), Oscar Faas and Greta Thorson; his great grandchildren, Calvin Kollbaum, Elliot Kollbaum, Theodore Kollbaum, Mackenzie Nieuwenhuis, Olivia Nieuwenhuis and Steel Collins; and his siblings, Harlan Harter of Omaha, Wrex Harter (Mary) of Omaha, Mike Harter (Marla) of Fairbank and Patti Crozier (Mike) of Plano, Texas..
