It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Wonder of Ida Grove, Iowa, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Carlson and Virginia Carlson (Wunschel); her husband James Wonder; her parents-in-law, George and Ferne Wonder; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Schroeder, Janice Bathke, Linda Minor, Carol Wonder and Vickie Carlson; and her nephews, Mike Hendricks, Darren Minor and Kevin Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Wonder, Valarie Wonder of Ida Grove, IA, Ann Wonder of Arthur, IA and Steve Kallas of Ida Grove, IA; her grandchildren, Alexis Pereira, Aarika Blunk (Josh), Brittany Pereira and Adam Wonder (Cindy); her great grandchild Xavier Blunk; her siblings, Ron Carlson of Odebolt, IA, Shirley Havener of Ida Grove, IA., LuAnn Smith of Ida Grove, IA. and Marilyn Dose (Dan) of Ida Grove, IA.; and her brothers-in-law, George Wonder of Henrietta, NY, Verne Schroeder of Sioux City, IA and Herb Bathke of Lincoln, NE.. She is also survived by one aunt, an uncle, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
