She was predeceased by: her parents, Delima M. II (Bernier) and William E. Phillips II; and her siblings, Rudy Phillips (Mary Lou), Francis Mc Intire (James), Richard Phillips (Jerine), Mary Tuma (Vance), William Phillips III, Roger Phillips (Beverly), Sally Sloan (Leland) and Daniel Phillips (Yvonne).
She is survived by: her husband Roland Loehr; and her children, Cynthia Mensching (Robert) of Dunlap, IA, Douglas Loehr (Laura) of Battle Creek, IA, Linda Loehr of Brownsville, TX, Paula Ward (Bruce) of Denver, CO, Craig Loehr (Lori) of Ida Grove, IA and James Loehr (Cindy) of Centennial, CO. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
