She was predeceased by: her parents, Herma William and Emma Magdelina Dau (Hensel); her husband Herbert E. Goettsch; her sons, Dr. Gerald H. Goettsch and Dr. James D. Goettsch; her brothers, Clarence Dau (Geri Susie), Vernon Dau (Deloris) and Leslie Dau (LuEtta); her niece Lori Hahn Sokolowski; and her great-nephew Aaron Sokolowski.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Barry Goettsch (Eva) of Marengo, Iowa, Nichelle Schiffman (Elliott) of Glenview, Illinois, Brandi Pavone (Matthew) of Boardman, Ohio, Ryan Goettsch (Rachel) of Boardman, Ohio and David Goettsch (Lauren) of Portland, Oregon; her great grandchildren, Bennett, Abigail Goettsch, Zachary, Madelyn Schiffman, Jemma, Rylie and R. J. Pavone; her daughters-in-law, Roletta Goettsch of Bettendorf, Iowa and Pati Goettsch of Boardman, Ohio; and her sister Mary Hahn (Robert) of Cherokee, Iowa.
