She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Cecava and Marie Cecava (Hamersky); her husband Maurice Orville Leonard of Holstein, Iowa.; her grandson Jeromy Martinek; and her siblings, Victor Cecava (Rose), Frank Cecava (Janet), Ernie Cecava (Laveta), Louis Cecava (MaryAnn), Mary Stech (John), Olga Thimesch (Joseph) and Martha Cecava.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Cynthia Martinek (Jerold) of Belmond, IA and Dr. DiAnne Leonard (Neil Ellison) of Danville, PA; her grandchildren, Christopher Martinek and Katherine Winand (Christopher); her great grandchild Addison; her grandson Dr. Ross Ellison (Halle); her great grandchildren, Ava and Emma; her grandsons, Seth Ellison and Todd Ellison (Cassie); her great grandchild Nora; and her sisters, Rose Wanek (Frank) of Bellevue, NE and Frances Hubl (Charles).
