She is survived by: her son Gary Cooper of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, Jared Phillips Zobel (Angela) of Sioux City, IA, Christie Van Houten (Joshua) of Ida Grove, IA, Joseph "Joey" Cooper (Emily) of Lexington, KY, Kristin Cooper of Marble Falls, TX and Shayna Cooper of Wisconsin; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Wyatt, Trenton, Elenore, Lyla Jean, Amanda, Anthony "Tony", Dominic "Dom" Smith and Holly Zobel; and her children, Richard D. Ball, Jared Phillips Zobel, Christie Van Houten, Sophia Van Houten, Wyatt Van Houten, Amanda Smith, Anthony "Tony" Smith, Dominic Smith, Heidi Beck, Honorary Pallbearers, Shayna Cooper, Holly Zobel, Angela Phillips Zobel, Joshua Van Houten and Joey Hoefling. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
