He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Galvin and Lyda Galvin (Witt); his wife Carol Marie Hargens; his sisters-in-law, Betty (Ken Stoneking), Janice (Joe Terry) and Judy (Bob Obbink); his nieces, Janella and Julie Terry; and his nephew Mel Pudenz.
He is survived by: his children, Leo Eugene Galvin (Michele Hanson) of Cherokee, Iowa, Patrick James Galvin of Holstein, Julie Marie Galvin (Kelvin Terry) of Roanoke Rapids, N. C., Jeffrey Ernest, Tamara (Hechtner), Delane Francis and Teresa (Mollhoff); his grandchildren, Justin Galvin, Jesse Galvin, Patricia Martin (Ben), Jake Galvin (Megan), Blake Terry, Nicole Terry, Quinn Galvin, Abigail Galvin and Brody Galvin; his great grandchildren, Hailey Galvin, Aubree and Braxton Galvin; and his grandchildren, Blair, Elizabeth and Kinzal Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
