She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gries and Edna Gries (Reimers); her sister Donna Mae Korner; and her parents-in-law, Arnold, Mildred Scherner, Jean Scherner, Harry, Esther Endrulat, Kermit, Alma Hase, Vaughn, Louise Dobson and Eugene Persinger.
She is survived by: her husband John Scherner; her children, Diane Fineran (Kevin), Marilyn Conover (Dwight), Twila Webb (Archie), David Scherner and Amy Gebers; her grandchildren, Grant Fineran (Sydney), Haley Krall (Jeff), Kate Zanders (DeAnthony), Kerry Fineran (Sarah), Abby Conover, Philip Conover (Amy), Daniel Webb (Bridget), Aaron Webb (Katherine), Kyle Gebers (Samantha) and Josh Fulton; her great grandchildren, Elliot, Callum, Jaylan, Briley, Carson, Aubry, Norah, Peyton, Braylen, Henry, Edelyn, Jackson, Parker, Wrigley, Kayne, Brooklyn, Brody and Brittan; her siblings, DeWitt Gries (Colleen) and Doreen Umphreys (David); and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Korner and Shirley Persinger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
