It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonore Petrick of Hiawatha, Iowa, who passed away on August 7, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Petrick; her grandson Benjamin Petrick; her sons-in-law, Douglas Peet, Dennis Fayhee, Donald Shields and Merle Recker; and her parents, Edward Holub and Bessie Holub (Kraus).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Peet of Cedar Rapids, Elaine Fayhee of Paris, Nancy Shields of Cedar Rapids, Susan Recker of Gillette, Jane Loux (Leland) of Sac City, William Petrick (Toni) of Kiln, Richard Petrick of Janesville, Kenneth Petrick (Cinda) of Anamosa, Ronald Petrick (Kathy) of Martelle and Carol Hewitt of Cedar Rapids; and her sister-in-law Anna Mae Petrick. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
