He was predeceased by: his parents, Erb Wade and Grace Wade (Pinkley); and his half-brother Jack Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Janet Wade of Henderson; and his sons, Brian Wade (Sophie) of Austin, TX and Bret Wade (Maria) of La Vista, NE. He is also survived by three grandchildren; one great grandchild; and many friends.
