He is survived by: his mother Joan Moore (Rewerts) of Hansell; his spouse Stacey Janssen; his daughters, Chantal Sefcik (Dustin) of Humboldt and Jalissa Moore of Hampton; his grandson Wesley Sefcik of Humboldt; his sisters, Jennie Mayer (Dean) of Hampton and Barbie Waechter (Steve) of Hampton; and his nephews, Jeremiah Junker (Jenny) of Cedar Rapids, Joshua Junker of Mason City, Andrew Mayer of Hampton, Daniel Mayer of Hampton and Shaq.
