Lois Paula Stratmann Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Paula Stratmann of Hampton, Iowa, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kroeger and Edna Kroeger (Wendler); her son Gary Stratmann; and her parents-in-law, Carl and Emma Stratmann.
She is survived by: her husband Arnold Edward Stratmann; her children, Linda Modderman (Mark) of Sioux Falls, Keith Stratmann (Kelley) of Tonopah and Alan Stratmann (Jennifer) of Hillsboro; her daughter-in-law Jan Stratmann of Garner; her grandsons, Paul Modderman (Christa), Colin Modderman (Jessica), Seth Modderman, Josh Stratmann (Crystal) and Trevor Stratmann (Jessie); and her stepgrandchildren, Eric Fetzer (Lisa), Renee Kennedy, RaeAnn Tombaugh (Scott), Heidi Gladden (Josh) and Loren Bryant (Melissa). She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Vicar Fund, St. Paul's Lutheran School in Latimer, or the American Cancer Society.
