Francis Spielbauer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Spielbauer of Guttenberg, Iowa, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Spielbauer and Francis Spielbauer (Rohner); his wife Jackie; his granddaughter McKenna Thatcher; and his siblings, Kathleen Eilers, Rose Schultz, Helen Bolsinger, Hilda Brooks, Mary, John, Joseph, Lawrence, Daniel, David and Arnold Spielbauer.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny Spielbauer (Karen), Patty Smitherman (Jeff), Mike Spielbauer (Tammy), Michele Frazier (Jeff), Steve Spielbauer, Brian Spielbauer (Jennifer) and Sue Meinecke (Ryan); and his siblings, Cecilia Steger, Jim Spielbauer and Tom Spielbauer.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made to St. Croix Hospice, The Clayton Ridge Booster Club, or plant a tree in his memory.
