He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Johnk and Gladys Johnk (Sankey); his former wife Joan; and his brothers, Don and Ted.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian (Wagner Swearns); his children, Bruce Johnk (Marcelyn) of Atlantic, IA and Patrice Vance (Charles) of Oakland, IA; his granddaughters, Melissa Knoell and Jennifer Wenz; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Ashley, Amber Knoell, Avery and Kaden Wenz. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
