He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hamilton and Joyce Hamilton; and his pets, Stephen, Lizzie and Trouble.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Bly; his son Davis; his siblings, Margaret Kersbergen (Dave) and David Hamilton (Belen); his mother-in-law Kathryn Bly; his sister-in-law Sarah Bly; his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Kyle, Sara, Sonia and Django; and his pet Cloudy. He is also survived by cousins, family members.
