Blazek; her children, Jonathan Kyle Blazek of Chicago, IL., Danni Blazek (Victor Hodges) of Columbus, OH and Felisa Blazek of Windham, NH; her sister Sylvia Hain (Paul) of Lone Tree, IA; her stepdaughter Vickie Blazek Hill of Highlandville, MO; her daughter-in-law Geraldine "Red" Blazek of Cedar Rapids, IA.; and her grandchildren, Vivian, Veronica Hodges of Columbus, OH, Hevyn Blazek of Pueblo, CO, Karin Blazek of Romeoville, IL, Alec, Caden Blazek of Windham, NH, Bernie (Isaac Blazek), Misty, Meagan Carney (Ryan Klein) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Breanne Hill of Kansas City, KS and Bryar Hill of Springfield, MO.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and great grandchildren, cousins, and very dear friends.
