He was predeceased by: his parents, Kai-Ping Huang and Tocia Huang (Lee); and his siblings, Peter Huang, Vincent Hwang and Nina Huang.

He is survived by: his sister Nily Fung of Iowa Falls; and his niece Martha Fung Davis of Washington, DC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
