He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Gilbreaith and Doris Gilbreaith (Strong); his son-in-law Alex Peulen; and his pet Scottie. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gilbreaith of Grinnell; his children, Billy Gilbreaith (Jennifer) of Grinnell and Brenda Peulen of Salem, OR; his grandchildren, Bryan Gilbreaith (Allison), Julie Gladden (Derelle) of Kingsland, GA, Adam Peulen of Salem, OR and Alison Peulen of Salem, OR; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Brailey, Jayden, Andrew and Tallulah; and his siblings, Joan Badger of Grinnell, Gary Gilbreaith, Richard Gilbreaith of Grinnell and Roger Gilbreaith of Toledo, IA..
