He is survived by: his brother Roger Dean "Andy"; his sister-in-law Jill Anderson of Sand Springs, OK; his niece Kristy Whisenhunt (Justin); his nephews, Jeremy Anderson (Lisa), Ben Anderson (Rebecca) and Scott Anderson (Brittany); his stepson Jake Miller (Nicki); and his significant other Bear.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Tom Anderson memorial fund to be established by the family.
