He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd M. Rafter and Marie Ethel Rafter (Fust); his wife Judy Rafter; and his brother-in-law Dean Miner. He is survived by: his children, Ranee Rafter of Greenfield and Kevin Rafter (Jami) of Stuart; his grandsons, Ben Rafter, Tyler Rafter, Josh Rafter, Matthew Clark and Karl Rafter; and his sister Raideen Miner of Greenfield. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorials: May be directed to the Randall Rafter Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
