He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Levi Parrott and Elisa Wilhemina Christina Parrott (Wahe); his wife Betty Lou Buckner; his brothers, Herbert, Gerald Wayne, Melvin and Harold Levi; and his son George Lyle.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Karen; his daughters, Norma Nielson of Eugene and Karen Havens (Alvin) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Mathew Havens, Alecia Heinz (Matt), Katey Havens and Eric G. Nielson; and his great grandchildren, Lilah, Caleb, Gaton Heinz, Sydney and Wyatt Nielson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials: To the Norman Parrott Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
