She is survived by: her parents, Elmer Oren and Nellie Ann Bixler (Roberts); her children, Donald Chafa (Lacy), Des Moines, Delmar Chafa (Bonnie) of Corning and Dennis Chafa (Sandy); her husband Lloyd; her daughter Leta Norcross; her daughter-in-law Shirley Chafa; her grandson Kurt Chafa; her siblings, Lois Kingery, Hank Bixler and Earl Bixler; and also, Mildred Cordle, Elsie Anderson, Eslie Wilson and Alice Bixler.
