She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Ketchel and Izola Estella Carey (Graham); her husband James Patrick Boyd (Pat); and her siblings, James Carey and Patsy Hartung.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Joe Boyd (Bethany Siegler) of Boulder, Colorado and Kelly Jo Goodwin (Rene Cavazos) of Fruitland; her grandson Joshua James Goodwin (Gisele) of Davenport; and her siblings, Susan Ladd (Christopher) of Des Moines and Tony Carey (Layne McDaniel) of Boone. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
