He was predeceased by: his father Raoul David. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Ann Wolf (Blackwell); his wife Tammy Lynn Krogstad; his children, DeNae Wolf of Grandview, Damen Cox of Fruitland and Calen; his grandchildren, Kamryn, Mason, Carter, Makenah, Miley, Ryker and Casen; and his siblings, Brenda Hogan (Patrick) of Grandview and Kent Wolf of Cedar Rapids.
Memorials may be directed to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
