He is survived by: his mother Juanita Shelton (Moore) of Fort Madison; his children, Daniel Wells of Fort Madison, Matthew Wells of Fort Madison and Tiffany Pennington of Fort Madison; and his grandchildren, Richard, Ryder, Andre and Damien.
