He is survived by: his children, Dustin Dwyer (Leslie Mikesell) of Fort Dodge and Bristal Waldera (Brian) of Nevada; and his siblings, Steve Jackson (Shirley), John Dwyer, Veronica Dwyer (Dan) and Denise Chagollan (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
