He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Luke Fleener (Kris) of Duncombe and Katrina O'Brien (Chris) of Fort Dodge; his grandchildren, Sabrina Fleener, Mason O'Brien and Brady O'Brien; and his sister Lea Weldon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
