She was predeceased by: her husband Gaylord; her sisters, Evelyn Slagenweit and Lois Gilbert; her son-in-law Tim Friederichs; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Skophammer and Guy Slagenweit.
She is survived by: her children, Danny L. Whiting (Cindy) of Sioux City, Patricia A. Friederichs of Minnetonka, Marcia J. Thornton (Wally) and Larry E. Whiting (Shari) of LaVerkin; and her sister Velva Skophammer of Fort Dodge. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
