He is survived by: his siblings, Yula Foy of Fort Dodge, Yvonne McNealy and Jeremy Chada; and his aunts, Linda McDonald of Fort Dodge, Lillian Wheat of Fort Dodge, Martha Wheat of Fort Dodge, Alice Wheat of Fort Dodge, Cheryl Colvin of Fort Dodge and Carolyn Wheat of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
