With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Black (Fort Dodge, Iowa), who passed away on December 21, 2018 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Black and Geraldine Black (Lennon); and his nephew Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann of Fort Dodge; his daughters, Carrie Rock of Fort Dodge, Amy Moffitt (Luke) of Fort Dodge and Sara Carlson (Nick) of Fort Dodge; his grandchildren, Jade, Braylon Rock, Layla, Lainey Moffitt and Bo Carlson; his brothers, Jeff Black (Athlyn) of Ringsted and Joe Black (Sue) of Fort Dodge; and his pet Macy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
