He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, David of Fort Dodge, Michelle Shanks (Steve) of LeMars, Brian (Rose) of Iowa City and Megan Knipper (Tim) of Adel; his brother Dean Konvalinka (Sue); and his sister-in-law Jane Konvalinka of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
