He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hilbert and Josephine Hilbert (Gengler); and his siblings, Robert John Hilbert and Julie Dencklau. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Sheryl Campbell (Mark) of Dakota Dunes, SD, David Hilbert (Kristy) and Scott Hilbert (Janet). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
