He is survived by: his wife Jeri of Otho; his children, Scott Chase of Sioux City, Tammie Antle (Bruce) of Sioux City and Jennifer Kennedy of Eagle Grove; his grandchildren, Ashley Antle, Chase Antle, Jarrett Chase, Connor Chase, Makinzy Kennedy and Karter Kennedy; his great grandchild Corbin; and his brother Larry Chase (Vicki) of Rockledge.
