Violet Swea Charlson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Swea Charlson of Forest City, Iowa, who passed away on March 30, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Swedish Olaf and Otto Olaf; her husband Ray Spencer Charlson; her great grandchildren, Victoria and Caleb; her sister Luella Johnson (Clarence); her parents-in-law, Andrew and Gena Charlson (Lovik); and also, Agnes Mathews (Martel), Marie Haugo (Torjus), Herbert Charlson (Alice), Sherman Charlson (Sadie), Glenn Charlson (Avis) and Orven Charlson (LaVerna).
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Monroe (John) of Cedar Rapids, Susan Radke (Jerry) of Nevada, Jerald Charlson (Diane) of Sioux Falls, SD, JoAnn Charlson of Ames and Barbara Charlson of Nevada. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
