It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otto J. Larson of Forest City, Iowa, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Larson and Aletha Larson (Benson); his former wife Marlyce Larson; and his siblings, LuVerne Larson, Richard Larson, Robert Larson and Virginia Neeley.
He is survived by: his spouse Marlyce J. Gettis; his children, Susan J. Sanvig (Jim), Deborah L. Stensrud (Randy) and Brian K. Larson (Miya); his grandchildren, Larry Steffensen (Karii), Jerry Steffensen (Shana), Chad Steffensen, Jason Sanvig, Stephanie Koehnke (Jay), Kim Oftedahl (Kory), Heather O'Keefe (Jim), Jesse Stenrsud (Rachel), Allery, Wyatt, Jayce and Sayler Larson; his sister Darlene Thompson (Richard); and his close friend Carol Huebner. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
