He is survived by: his parents, Lee Smith and Kathy Smith (Bell); his daughter Jordan Smith of Lake Park, IA; his close friend Aimee Barrie; his sisters, Trisha Smith (Kerry Zinnel) and LeeAnn Sipress (Eric) of Forest City, IA; his nieces and nephews, Ashlee Buntjer (Jake), Brett Steffen (Emily), Nate Sipress and Lizzy Sipress; and his great-nieces, Adrianna, Emily and Braylee. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
