He is survived by: his wife Shirleen Meyer Mitthun; his children, Laurie Sammons (Jim), Kathie Sturgeon (Bob) and Gary Mitthun (Tammy); and his brother Keith Mitthun. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
