He is survived by: his wife Donna Johnson of Forest City; his sons, Scott Johnson (Naomi Nowland) of Clear Lake, Zachary Johnson of Shoreview, MN and Craig Johnson (Dawn) of Forest City; his grandsons, Andrew Johnson (Kari) of Rochester, MN and Alex Johnson; his great grandchildren, Evelynn and Addison Johnson of Rochester, MN; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Johnson of Albert Lea, MN..
