She is survived by: her children, Kelly Lopez of Coralville and Samantha Williams (Mark) of Packwood; her grandchildren, Michael, Alexandria and Abigail; her great grandchild Damon; and her siblings, Danny Simmons (Terry) of Farson, Charlie Simmons of Fairfield and Tina Whitworth (Mike) of Wylie, TX.. She is also survived by 5 step grandchildren.
