He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Wallace Sr. (Clark) and Donald Wallace; his brothers, Charlie and Steve Wallace; and his great-nephew Jonathan McKim.

He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lacey of Lockridge; his children, Kayla Neff (Kenny) of Keota, Echo Daugherty of Farmington, Krystal Wallace of Washington, Cheyenne Schwarz (Daniel) of Mt. Pleasant, Toby Doane and Kaylee Lacey of Lockridge; his grandchildren, McKenna, Bailey Neff, Chase, Nolan Hamm and Jamison Prichard; and his siblings, Donald Wallace Jr. of Lockridge, Sheila Hawkins (Scott) of Fairfield, Connie Wallace of Fairfield and Stephanie Wallace of Lockridge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In-lieu flowers, a memorial has been established.
