We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2019, at the age of 74, Ronald McWhirter (Fairfield, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Dale and Dora "Dode" Margaret McWhirter (Skaggs); and his sister Sheryl Lyon. He is survived by: his wife Krista of Fairfield; his daughters, Audra Gilpin (Darin) of Fairfield and Kara Waugh (Barry) of Fairfield; his grandson Kerrick Waugh; and his sister Carol Hervey of Birmingham.

Memorials may be made to Jefferson County Little League or Birmingham Fire Fighters.
