He is survived by: his wife Janie Irene Miller Lewis; his children, Scott Lewis of Carlisle, IA and Nicole Johnson (Scott) of Olds, IA; his grandchildren, Greyson Lewis, Mallary, Alec and Lucy Johnson; and his siblings, Dwila Sloan (Vic) and Duane Lewis.
