We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2020, at the age of 83, Lavern Michael Redlinger of Fairfield, Iowa, born in Harper, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Redlinger and Margaret Redlinger (Sondag); his former wife Betty Jean; and his siblings, Edwin, Miriam McArtor, Dorothy Conrad, Winifred Wehr, Bernadette Redlinger and Margaret Striegel.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Helmuth (Scriven) of Fairfield; his children, Bill Redlinger (Annette) of Richland, Jeff Redlinger (Sandra) of Sigourney, Greg Redlinger of Harper, Bruce Redlinger (Neva) of North English and Rhonda Sprouse (Robert) of Selma; his stepdaughters, Brenda Oskam (Jim) of Newton and Angela Robinson of Cedar Rapids; and his brother Francis Redlinger of Marengo. He is also survived by six step grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for Holy Trinity Cemeteries or the Alzheimer's Association.
