She was predeceased by: her husband Robert LeRoy Horras; her parents, Harold Bray-Emry and Hildred Bray-Emry (Brown); her stepmother Luella Bray; and her son Jay Horras.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Leu (Joe) of Iowa City, IA, Wayne Horras (Sylvia) of Hedrick, IA, Richard Horras of Glenwood, IA, Brenda Horras of Glenwood, IA, Cathy Deutsch (Kraig) of Packwood, IA and Angeline Gockel (Matt) of Waverly, IA; her grandchildren, Dustin Horras (Carly), Heather Link (Mike), Heidi Fincham (Ben), Brandi Baker (Steven), Brooke Horras (James Webb), MacKenzie Strouf (Jarod), Tyler Horras (Chieko), Trenton Mathias, Hana Horras, Monica Steckel (Andrew) and Erica Simmons (Rox); and her sister Betty Jean Kessler of Fairfield. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
