He is survived by: his close friend Melvina Shondel; and his nieces and nephews, Andy Cook (Becky) of Fairfield, IA, Denver Cook of Fairfield, IA, Terry Neil (Charlotte) of Birmingham, IA, Kevin Cook (Michelle), Jon Neil (Tammy) of Bloomfield, IA, Valerie Harryman of Fairfield, IA and Cathy Lathrop (Bob) of Fairfield, IA. He is also survived by her children, as well as many extended family and friends.
