He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Downing and Irene Downing (Riedel); his former wife Barbara Downing; and his wife Barb Downing. He is survived by: his children, Marcella Downing (Tyler Rysdam) of Fairfield and Brandon Downing of Davenport; and his siblings, Carolyn Talley, Janet Bitner and Victor Downing (Cleone).
