She was predeceased by: her father Cedric Hale Ruggles. She is survived by: her mother Dixie Ruggles (Blair) of Fairfield; her husband Richard Joseph Westhoff; her sons, Remington Westhoff (Mallary) and Austin Westhoff of Urbandale; and her brothers, Alan and Bob Ruggles.
